Dr. Amobi is a family medicine physician dedicated to guiding women through midlife transitions, with expertise in menopause, metabolic health, and lifestyle medicine. His practice is devoted to clarifying midlife changes for women and empowering them with clear, evidence-based strategies for lifelong wellbeing.
He combines clinical care with lifestyle medicine to address the interconnected factors that influence health during this stage of life, including hormones, metabolism, sleep, and mental well-being.
